A Sacred Journey, Born From My Own Story
I created Sacred & Unashamed because I know what it feels like to carry shame in your body. As a survivor and as a woman who has walked the long path of reclaiming her sexuality, I’ve felt the disconnection, the silence, and the weight of unworthiness.
This course was born out of my own healing, and out of years of supporting women in groups and circles who were ready to break free from shame. It is not about performing, pleasing, or checking boxes. It is about reclaiming your birthright to wholeness, to safety, and to joy.
